The Quality of Vinyl Records in the Reggae Music Genre
Please note that some of the vinyl records we sell are manufactured in Jamaica and that their materials and quality control are not suitable for audiophiles (audiophiles and people new to reggae music will be forever frustrated by the imperfections). If you must have perfect or nearly perfect records, then we respectfully warn you that you may be disappointed by the quality of reggae music records (especially Jamaican-made records). On the other hand, collectors of reggae music overwhelmingly approve of these pressings because of their raw "unadulterated" sound and authentic mixes (booming bass, etc.). Generally speaking, the more you get into reggae, the more you will appreciate the sound of Jamaican vinyl (indeed, Jamaica is the absolute source of the music and their pressings and mixes are the best way to experience the music in the way it was intended). Our store does not indicate where goods are made, so there is no way to know before buying.Product Guarantee
We guarantee all goods to be 100% factory new. If you experience a problem with an item, please contact us.Product Prices
We reserve the right to change the price(s) of any and all items displayed on our store website without prior notice.Shipping
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products and that some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of items and the shipping options chosen. Depending on the shipping method you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Please also note that the shipping rates for most items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on the shopping cart contents page. To reflect the shipping company’s policy, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
For customers placing orders from outside the U.S.A. that require tracking, we strongly recommend that you use a shipping option that includes the cost of tracking, as regular shipping options do not include a charge for tracking. Tracking is an additional charge by the shipping company. As stated "shipping" "tracking".
For those purchasing classic or collector’s vinyl, we suggest you upgrade your shipping option to afford yourself a safer form of shipping, especially where shipping overseas or outside the U.S.A. is required or involved.
Be advised, all items will be shipped upon receipt and clearance of all funds in US$$. Absolutely 100% no exceptions unless pre-authorized by Moodisc Records.Custom Charges
